RA Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs adopted a new program as a result of an active dialogue with Local Self-Government body, reforms are happening to improve the quality of life of children with diabetes. Measures are being taken to raise public awareness. In some cases, are given a quick response and a solution by order of evaluation.

KATIL Charitable Foundation is headed by Karine Mkhitaryan, who has years of experience in the initiation and implementation of charitable programs aimed at improving the quality of life of children with diabetes in Armenia and Artsakh since 2011.
The members of the Board of Trustees are;
- Elena Aghajanova MD, PhD, professor, Head of Endocrinology clinic of “Muratsan” University Hospital Complex, Head of YSMU Department of Endocrinology, Endocrinologist, pediatric endocrinologist
- Gayane Bayburdyan (Endocrinologist at Endocrinology Clinic, University Hospital Complex, Lecturer, Department of Endocrinology, YSMU).
The Foundation implements projects according to its mission.
